Last weekend, our TrU Colours Committee, colleagues, friends and family hit the streets of Derry/Londonderry for the Foyle Pride Parade. Once again, the energy was electric as the city joined together to celebrate inclusivity and equality.
Led by our TrU Colours Committee, over the summer FinTrU colleagues have celebrated Marcha do Orgulho (Porto Pride), Letterkenny Pride, Belfast Pride and last weekend’s Foyle Pride. We are privileged to have had the opportunity to join in such celebrations on the doorstep of four of our FinTrU sites.
While Pride celebrations might be over for another year, it does not mean we’ll be sitting idle until Parade season comes around again. Our TrU Colours Committee, along with our other committees, TrUly Diverse, TrU Ability, and Women in Finance, will continue to celebrate diversity in all its forms and educate daily. Diversity and inclusion has been an important part of FinTrU’s journey so far and is at the forefront of our future.
