It has been an exciting week of welcomes and introductions across FinTrU as we welcomed in our Placements for 2024/25 and the first cohort of the FinTrU Graduate Programme 2024.
In the same week we said farewell to our Placements from last year, a new ensemble of undergraduates came through our doors at our Belfast, Derry-Londonderry, and Letterkenny offices. Over the next 12 months, they will get to experience our award-winning culture, train for industry-recognised qualifications, and learn how we help to protect the integrity of the securities market. (Our Belfast Placements are pictured below.)
We also said 'hello' to the first cohort from our Financial Services Graduate Programme 24 who joined us at our Derry-Londonderry and Letterkenny offices (our second cohort will join our Belfast, Letterkenny and Derry-Londonderry offices in August).
This marks an exciting time for our Grads as they learn how FinTrU operates as a business in the world of financial services, take on professional soft skills training, and work towards their CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC).
They will also get the opportunity to experience a few days at our Porto office at the end of their training, making us one of the few companies in the region that can offer our new joiners good weather too!
